By downloading or using the CheckFuud application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
CheckFuud is an informational tool that uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze ingredient labels. It in no way substitutes professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have severe allergies (e.g. Celiac disease or anaphylactic shock), you must ALWAYS read the physical label yourself and not rely exclusively on the camera analysis or the app.
Access to CheckFuud requires creating an account and maintaining an active subscription (after the initial trial period, if applicable). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Payments are securely managed through the Apple App Store, and cancellations must be made through your device settings.
The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to us.
CheckFuud is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including allergic reactions or unwanted consumption of ingredients not detected by the system.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application will constitute acceptance of such modifications.
